1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and Navtoto (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Navtoto website located at navtoto.cam and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

Navtoto operates as an online betting and casino platform providing sports wagering, live casino games, slots, and related entertainment services to eligible users. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on Navtoto, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Navtoto, the following eligibility conditions must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account. Navtoto reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of gambling in your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme, including Navtoto's own self-exclusion list or any external responsible gambling register.
• You may hold only one registered account on the Navtoto platform. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual private person and not as a representative, agent, or on behalf of any commercial enterprise.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of a Navtoto employee in a role that may present a conflict of interest.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

All Users are required to complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your account details if any information changes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for all withdrawal requests and is required for accounts that reach specified deposit thresholds. The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:

1. Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent.
2. Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months, clearly showing your name and residential address.
3. Payment Method Verification: Confirmation of the payment method(s) used for deposits, such as a screenshot or statement from your Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or DuitNow account.

Navtoto will review KYC submissions within one (1) business day under normal circumstances. Navtoto reserves the right to request additional documentation where deemed necessary for identity, age, or source-of-funds verification.

Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities.

5 Account Use & Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

The following obligations apply to all registered Users:

• You must use a strong, unique password for your Navtoto account and update it regularly.
• You must immediately notify Navtoto customer support via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Navtoto staff will never ask for your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• You must not allow any third party to access your account or conduct transactions on your behalf.
• You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

Navtoto will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Where unauthorised access is confirmed through no fault of the User, Navtoto will take reasonable steps to secure the affected account.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Navtoto accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits are processed promptly, with e-wallet and DuitNow deposits typically credited instantly.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• All active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day depending on your VIP membership tier.
• Withdrawal requests to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers via FPX may take up to one (1) business day.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT/BTC) are processed within 10 to 45 minutes, subject to network congestion.
• Navtoto reserves the right to conduct additional security and identity checks prior to releasing withdrawal funds, particularly for large or unusual requests.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the Navtoto platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless you have selected a cryptocurrency deposit option, in which case conversion rates apply at the time of transaction.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Navtoto offers a range of promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Bonuses are valid for use only by the account holder to whom they are credited. Bonus transfers between accounts are prohibited.
• Each promotional offer is available once per household, IP address, payment method, and device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x).

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on the Navtoto platform. Specific game and sport rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform.

• All bets placed on Navtoto are final once confirmed. Navtoto does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted, except in circumstances governed by specific sporting event rules (e.g., match postponement, abandonment).
• In the event of an obvious or manifest error in odds, lines, or payouts published on the platform, Navtoto reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to User accounts.
• Navtoto covers football markets including the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, and other major competitions, as well as other sports including UFC, tennis, basketball, and e-sports. Market availability may vary.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or voided at Navtoto's discretion in response to irregular match events, technical errors, or integrity concerns.
• Where a bet is placed using bonus funds, any associated winnings remain subject to applicable wagering requirements until those requirements have been fulfilled.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet type and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Navtoto platform. Any User found to have engaged in, or attempted to engage in, prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, use of stolen payment credentials, or any other form of fraudulent conduct.
• Money Laundering: Using the Navtoto platform in any way that facilitates, conceals, or disguises the proceeds of illegal activity. Navtoto has a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating more than one account per individual. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds voided.
• Automated Betting Tools: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software designed to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming activities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus systems, or gain unfair advantage in any format of play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider in respect of funds deposited to Navtoto.
• Platform Integrity Attacks: Attempting to hack, probe, scan, test, or exploit any part of the Navtoto platform's software, servers, or security infrastructure.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the Navtoto platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform, is the exclusive property of Navtoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from Navtoto.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any element of the platform or its underlying software.
• Use the Navtoto brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by Navtoto.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Navtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Navtoto makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of displayed odds and information. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Navtoto's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you to your Navtoto account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

Navtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its discretion, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or platform abuse.
• Compliance with legal obligations or regulatory directives applicable to Navtoto's operations.
• Requests initiated by the User themselves, including voluntary self-exclusion.

Upon lawful account closure, Navtoto will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to the User via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations. Navtoto reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where fraud is suspected.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact customer support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Responsible Gambling

Navtoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting the welfare of all Users. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a means to resolve financial difficulties or emotional distress.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Navtoto's operating jurisdiction. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Navtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or prominent notice on the platform prior to taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document under "Last updated." Your continued use of the Navtoto platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
